Back in Missouri, 100 degrees, snakes and possums

It is 100 degrees in Missouri again. I am staying in the house but Scott has to be outside. He is back into his ministry, surveying. Which you can only do outside. :)
It is good to be back. Although I am still unpacking it is great to cook and bake again in my own kitchen.
We got back from Hungary a week ago. It was really hard to leave, it was especially har for my mom to say goo bye to her one and only grandchild, Benike.

リボン(薄紫)We spent our last day before the flight in Budapest. It was wonderful to tour in this beautiful city. We bought public transportation day passes so we went everywhere by bus, tram an subway. Benike loved it, an so did we! We went up to the castle of Buda, we walked around and had lunch on the Váci Street (Shopping street), we walked across the Danube river on the gorgeous Chain Bridge and looked at the big handcraft market on the bank of the river. It was a great day!
リボン(薄紫)Utolsó napunkat a visszaút előtt Budapesten töltöttük.
Budapest is without a doubt one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. There is just so much history and gorgeous architecture. In this picture you can see part of the Fisherman's Bastion which is a terrace in neo-Gothic and neo-Romanesque style situated on the Buda bank of the Danube, on the Castle hill in Budapest, around the Matthias Church. It was designed and built between 1895 and 1902 on the plans of Frigyes Schulek
The trip back seemed way too long, but Benike did a lot better than we expected! Praise the Lord! We are so grateful to God that He allowed us to visit home in Hungary this summer too! He is so good to us! He gave us family, friends and a church that are very encouraging and supporting. We thank you for your sacrificial love and hospitality!!!
